VA FHA Standard Water Inspection
Water sampling that meets FHA / VA guidelines. Samples sent to lab results returned in 2 - 3 days. $125.00 with home inspection

Lead Inspection for Rental Property
Lead Dust wipe inspection with MDE 330 certificate Sampling done according to COMAR. As low as $50.00 plus $15.00 per wipe taken

Mold Assessment
Visual assessment looking for possible sources of mold, report and lab results As low as $70.00. Any samples are $60.00 each additional - minimum 2. Remediation scope of work additional fee.

Mold Testing
Air sampling and lab results. As low as $190.00 (2 samples,1 indoor & 1 outdoor included) Additional samples are $60.00 each. Remediation scope of work additional fee.

Rental Property
Inspection for rental license (Baltimore County) includes onsite photos and inspection report $100.00 additional units at same address $75.00. Re-inspections within 30 days $25.00.

Commercial Inspection
Top to bottom inspection for property involved with real estate transactions. Looking for structural, safety and health items $650.00 for structures up to 8,000 sqft. Call for Apartment Buildings or larger structures

Radon Testing
48 hour Test. Samples sent to Lab for analysis. Fee is $75.00 for testing done at time of home inspection. As low as $95.00 if done separately. Prices included testing and analysis.

203K Consultant
