VA FHA Standard Water Inspection
Water sampling that meets FHA / VA guidelines. Samples sent to
lab results returned in 2 - 3 days. $125.00 with home
inspection
Lead Inspection for Rental Property
No flaking, peeling, chipping paint inside or outside before wipes
taken.
Lead Dust wipe inspection with MDE 330 certificate. Sampling done according to
COMAR. $10.00 per wipe taken (minimum $170.00 includes up to 7
samples)
$65.00 minimum on retest plus samples.
Mold Assessment
Visual assessment looking for possible sources of mold, report and lab results
As low as $70.00. Any samples are $60.00 each additional - minimum 2. Remediation scope of work additional fee.
Mold Testing
Air sampling and lab

Rental Property
Inspection for rental license (Baltimore County) includes onsite

48 hour Test. Samples sent to Lab for analysis. Fee is
$75.00 for testing done at time of home inspection. As low as $95.00 if
done separately. Prices included testing and analysis.
203K Consultant
When a homebuyer wants to purchase a house in need of repair or
modernization, Section 203(k) program was designed to address this
situation. A 203K Consultant is used to provide the work write up
and estimates of repairs. Fees are based on HUD allowable
fees.
